    My partner and I have visited Ubud several times over the past few years. It is a very pleasant and tranquil place to visit and an ideal stopover for a couple of days.

    Although not principally a nightlife place there are several good restaurants and the personal service has always been excellent.

    The people were terrific friendly every were I went. I allso had ah terrific Guide (Wayne Sutama). The music performaces i attended was so wonderful. The Ubud Villiage hotel was terrific.I can't wait to return this year.

    The contemporary architecture,oplen air dining are and infinity pool are attractive and alluring, but it is the Chedi Club's romantic tree house villa that I can't forget.

    Excellent pasar (open market), food, spas, shopping, entertainment, temples, artchieture, beautiful secenry, people, and it has a monkey forest (do not let stories scare you away from the monkey forest, you don't want to miss it.)
