Maybe you can try a nasi goreng ikan asin from Blue Sky hotel restaurant and also mantau goreng and menjangan cabe kering... And also all of you can try another restaurant in Le Grandeur Hotel, The beach, nice place, nice serving, and also the delicious food there, they a lot of fish....

This city is where I was born... I love this city very much... Unlike others, Balikpapan is very clean and tidy... It has been getting 'ADIPURA' for its cleanliness almost anually... Also, it has just gotten a reward for its tidiness... Wow!! u know, i am really proud of my this beloved hometown!!

Urmm... Now, I really miss Balikpapan... ...

I really liked being in this city. I learned a lot about Indonesian culture and yes it is a thriving place. However it does lack a lot of entertainment such as live shows, theatre and cinema. I would go back for a very quiet and relaxing vacation. The people were very friendly.
