    it was a very nice vacation when i went there very peaceful the people very friendly and a safe place to visit and also I met a wonderful woman. now we been married for 13 years really great people I recomended

  • Charming Oasis

    The whole experience in flores was Wonderful. Great atmosphere, great food, air conditioning, a break from the Petan Jungle. This small island town was just the break we needed from all the archelogical touring. During our stay a festival was taking place and the strets were crowded with people and we were able to experience the true Guatemalan culture.

  • Friendly wonderful people

    The last time I was in Flores was in December 1992. Just looking at the reviews apparently it hasn't changed much. The people were wonderful and the scenery was spectacular. In 1992 it was missing some infrastructure as was San Elena but I have very fond memories of a wonderful place to visit. The December Posada celebrations were wonderful. Would return again.

  • the best Murray vacation

    close to Tikal family run, food service anything you can need or want. day trips set up to visit tikal, santa elena, horse back rides boat trips, I mean this was the best vacation we have ever had, We traveled with our 9 year old and 25 year old childern both had a great time. a must see place

    ONE OF THE MOST WONDERFULL PLACES I HAVE EVER VISITED WOULD DO ANYTHING TO GO BACK TO THAT TOWN ESPECIALLY SAN BENITO A NEARBY TOWN THAT IS FULL OF WONDERFUL WOMAN ESPECIALLY THE ESCOBAR FAMILY WOULD RECOMEND PEOPLE TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT IN FRONT OF THE GASOLINERA TEXACO SOME OF THE BEST FOOD OF GUATEMALA IS SERVED THERE. NOT ONLY THEY ARE REAL NICE PEOPLE.THIS IS GOING IN TO SANTA ELENA THAT TEXACO GAS STORE VISIT IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
