Cochem is absolutely one of my favorite places. Very quaint wine producing community with a picture book castle. The people are friendly and there are lots to do in the area. I would recommend it for the young and old. From causual walks down the Mosel to wine probes, hiking, biking and river cruises. The night life isn't bad either. Someday, my husband and I plan on spending an anniversary here.
