I loved Annecy! I went during the music festival and it was absolutely amazing. Wonderful restaurants. You can dine by the clean and beautiful river watching swans and the Alps in the horizon while hearing community performers play music on the bridge. I fell in love and am counting down the days until I return.

Annecy is definately my favorite place on earth. Seeing the mountains set behind the clear lake...I had to hold my breath to keep from crying in front of my family. The weather was gorgeous and all the people were extremely kind. If I ever get a chance to go back to Europe, this will definately be the first place I want to go back to. No matter what!

Lovey countryside and beautiful lake set against a picture card medieavil town. Great place to cycle round or get to use in-line skates! We camped overlooking the lake and would go back again as there is so much to do and see.
Visit the town on market day and at night for totally atmosphere. Take a small boat out half way down the lake and swim off under the cliffs opposite. Best place I seen in Europe over 20 years

I Love everything about the place. it's fabulous. It's B.E.A.utiful!!!! I can't wait to go back. next time i'll make sure that my family and I stay longer and do more things. It was lovley there and i'd love to live there!!!!!

The FOOD. The way one can sit and relax and even forget to go home. The way people will help you, Im Irish with very little french but I felt at home in Anncey.
Its a magical place.
