    Maybe a better time to visit the city is in summer... Not many things to do or see. The snow is beautiful and so is the river and old town! The nightlife is ok and the locals are friendly..after a few drinks!

    This is the city were I was born 1977. I still have my grandparents in Kokkola, I will visit Finland later on this year for a family gathering.
