The Arenal Volcano Was Amazing. I would highly recommend staying at the Arenal Observatory, they had a view of the volcano which could be seen erupting at night. The hotel took your for hikes in the rainforest. But the hotel didn't have air conditioning.

Everyone who travels to costa rica should visit the arenal volcano and lake. the views are breathtaking if you ride horseback to the continental divide and look back at the volcano. while in the region be sure to visit the giant waterfall and swim in its pool! what a site! everyone who is in the region must see this natural wonder.

This hotel is outstanding. The environment is great with a swim-up bar and waterslide for those 'big kids!' (Myself included).
