There is little to do except relax and enjoy the ocean. Raro has a unique lagoon that encircles the entire island. Rent a motorbike and see the island - watch for drunk locals after dark. Locals are less than enthusiastic. Cellular/wireless service is very expensive and unreliable. Would I go back? Yes. But stay in a budget place on the ocean and expect nothing and do nothing.

Rarotonga is a very enjoyable island with not a lot to do but lots of friendly people to help you do it. Prices are slightly high but the quality is good.
