The trek around Torres Del Paine (CHILE)is one of the most spectacular in the world the trails are moderate to easy and well marked. You can sip glacier water everywhere and there is even beer for sale at the refugios. Backpacking with beer what could be better.I also recommend trekking at El Chaten in Argentina about fours north of Torres Del Paine by bus. This trek is mopre remote but camping at the foot of Mount Fitzroy is worth it.
