A blue collar town that physically does not look like it. Compared to other southern ontario industrial cities its size it is much prettier. Parks, beaches, lakefront (port dalhousie), wine country and the Niagara escarpment. The problem is it is not progressive. Too many retirees afraid of change. It has the potential to be much better. What is going to happen to the place when all these retirees are gone?
