Guelph might not be as big as Hamilton, Mississauga, Kitchener, etc. but it definitely has a lot to offer. The people are great, the food is great, and it's very easy to nagivate around the city. The only downside of Guelph is the downtown core. It's very poorly maintained, and there is nothing to do there. The only fun places to go are Woodlawn Bowl, Pergola (mini-putting, driving-range) and the movie theatre. That's about it.

Guelph is truly a satellite of Toronto, without the big time crime and with a touch of the big city culture. Guelph can be reached by rail/bus/car and small aircraft.
