Paradise!!! That's How We Define This Place...I am selling my house and just found a job in Florianopolis. after visiting with my wife and kids we decide to move. the city is so safe(SAFER THEN BOSTON NOW) lots of beaches,good schools and restaurants.

it was just a vacationand then i did not want to leave.I decided to stay ; sold my apartment in Miami and moved to Floripa to stay. I been there for 3 years now, learn the language, made friends , adapted to their slow , easy going way of life and enjoyed this magnificent place4 of 5 Yahoo! Rio de Janiero 30 Years agoFlorianoplis is an amazing beach island, with very livey nightlife in the Lagoon area. The people were very warm and amazing seafood restaurants. its an 80 kilometer island with some amazing beaches. Negative reviews are CENSOREDI wrote a rather negative review on Floripa after visiting in February and sure enough, it has been removed.

Good lifeThis is the closest I have been to heaven. Everyone speaks English and Spanish and transportation is pretty is to get used to.

floripaThe island of florianopolis not only offers you white sand beaches, good waves, warm waters, and cold beer. The shopping, culture, food, and night life is reason enough to visit this brazilian paradise.
