Punta Gorda has the best of both worlds with a beautiful ocean where you can snorkel with the fish and a lush rainforest for you to run with gorrillas in. The town has a great seafood restaurant and the rest of the town is filled with your normal 3rd world country markets, internet cafes and stores. The dirt roads ensure and unpleasurable walk through the city but it is a small city for the true adventurists.
