Dangringa is mostly Garifuna, and if you're there when a dugu is happening, you'll feel like you're in West Africa or Haiti. Grigans have attitude and rythmn; everyone's a character and the mix is leavened with Kriols, Latinos, Lebanese, Chinese, and Mayans. The food's so-so, litter is everywhere, but the beach, the view over the Caribbean, the people, and the music are exquisite. A one of a kind place.

Dangriga was such a beautiful place, rich with culture, friendly people and memories to last a lifetime. Anyone that visits Belize has to make a special trip to Dangriga so they can experience paradise. You Betta Belize It!
