This side of Door County is known as the quiet side, because there are less tourists. Bailey's Harbor is a quiet town on the lakeshore. It has nice parks on the shore and a public sand beach north of town. Too bad some of the landmerks have burned or have been torn down. There are good restaurants and a coffee shop in town. The nearby Cana Island Lighthouse id worth a visit.
