Nice, quiet town.My parents moved here about 1 year ago from Southern CA, and it's the best move they've ever made.
Cheap real estate, beautiful countryside, and nice people.
No traffic whatsoever. Clean air.
Convenient to Spokane.

The best small town in America's NW.I like staying here because the place are so quiet and beautiful that no other towns or small cities are able to compare with it. People are nice and weather of Cheney is very seasonal distinct from other places. You may also drive to Spokane or even Seattle for fun depending upon how much time you have.
