I found the city to be beautiful and the people to be friendly and warm. It is not an easy place to get around without a vehicle, but the beauty of the surrounding countryside and the incredibly interesting sites are well worth the trip. Lynchburg is a good central point for your travels throughout the region and is fairly inexpensive.

I loved Lynchburg very much! It's so peaceful and quiet, nothing like the cities.

There are a lot of farms. It's very safe in Lynchburg. The police do such a good job of protecting everyone around the area.

If your going there during the 4th of July, they sell a lot of fireworks, so the 4th of July is the only time you can use ...

All around great place to have a family environment. Also noted, a single life! Cattle Annie's in Lynchburg is a good place to start for nightlife.
With the numerous restaurants, anyone can take their pick and find something they like.
Lynchburg and surrounding areas are very much like home...so when you stop in, you're among friends!

An amazing area for families and young couples looking for a relaxed lifestyle. 20 minutes from everything... excellent retaurants... amazing scenery... safe... It is a bit more expensive than Columbus, or Milwaukee, to live if you are not going to own a home. Save THOUSANDS in property ...

Let's see.... Lynchburg is a very nice place to raise kids, it has a very laid back atmosphere so laid back infact there's nonthing to do! Aside from that there are no areas that a person can go and not feel safe police do a very good job. So good in fact they secure the club just as soon as the club gets jumping.

The only thing I didnt like abouit lynchburg was the fact that the mass transit system let me down...again! I didnt get home when I was supposed to because the bus I was due to take was full and a half hour late. however, on the bright side, i got to spend an extra day with my girlfriend, so in all, I suppose it was a win-win situation & I can't wait to return again.
