Mount Snow is a great resort - plenty of snow, great lodging at the Grand Summit Hotel with the outdoor heated pool, and many trails for all levels of skiing ability. It is only a few hours from Connecticut so travel time is short and sweet!!! We just don't like to ski weekends because of lift lines - mid-week is sooo much better. We come often throughout the year because we love to golf and bike around Harriman's reservoir.
