I spent 11 days at New Life Hiking spa in Killington, Vermont. It is open from the middle of May through the end of September and it was the best vacation of my life. Beautiful hikes everyday with wonderful hike leaders, great, healthy food and massages that will melt away all your problems. don't miss the yoga classes too. Great deal at an all inclusive price of $230 a night. Room, food, everything. Going back next year!

If you are looking for a place in Killington in the spring summer or fall, go to New Life Hiking Spa. They have three great healthy meals included in their price and offer great guided hikes. The massages there are not to be missed. Great summer vacation and I lost a few pounds too!

Vermont is great for skiing even though it takes me about 8 hours to get there. It is one of the better places to go on the East Coast.
