We won't go backPower failure left the entire hotel in the dark. Even the EXIT lights and etc were out. Ever tried to find the stairs and etc in a strange hotel in pitch dark? Phones were also out. Got down the stairs and could not even get someone to take a flashlight back up for me but no way. They never left the desk. Hope they do not charge us. It was scary.OVERALL
