My wife and I had reserved 2 nights at this hotel recently; July 29th and Aug. 1st. When we arrived the nite of our reservation, we were told by the front desk the hotel was full and our reservation would not be honored since they were done on line through a third party and not with the hotel directly. The staff was very rude and condescending about the matter.

I love this city. People are very helpful. You don't need to rush here, and try to beat time. And Yes people here speak perfect English.
