I had 12 rooms booked at this hotel for a weekend. Our rooms were not cleaned the whole time we were there. They would not give us fresh towels. When asked they said we could file a compliant w/ the manager. Also they would not give any more than 2 towels per room. These were double rooms w/ familys.
