Nasty is all I can say about this dump! Horrible place to stay if you want to feel safe. Stinks, low quality rooms, rude staff(if you can find them), owner/manager real shady types. You would be safer at The Ponca on N1st !

We really liked this place because the staff is always very pleasant and helpful, the prices are good and the ice-cream is incredible.The only down fall is there is always a line to get in but it is worth it, the best time to go would be around dinner time less chance of a long line.
