We Love this Place!!We have visited Tellico Plains several times and stayed in The Sunflower Inn. The Sunflower Inn sets right in the little town of Tellico Plains. There are a few resturants within walking distance, and a old restored Bakery, right next door.If you hate the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, you will love this area in the Mountains!It is beautiful here ...2 of 2 Yahoo! The Best Place to stayThere are alot of things wrong with tellico but I can honestly say the very best thing is the cabins on and around the river. A great lady named Mary Saunders ownes cabins that she rents out for great rates and these cabins are spectacular.
