The area was excellent with alot to do for the whole family. We rented a cabin from American Cabin Rentals called Easy Does It.
The cabin had roaches, which the cabin rental said that we were wrong about what they were. We wouldn't continue to stay there and they wern't very willing to refund our money. I still would recomend the trip, but I wouldn't recomend American Cabin Rentals to my worst enemy.

We had a great time here. We stopped along many places on the hwy. We really enjoyed Horseback riding on an unguided trail through the mountains. There was a roadside stand selling pulled pork barbeque sandwiches and grilled corn on the cob - yummy! Sevierville has great view of the mountains. We really thought this was a nice relaxing place and are entertaining the thought of moving here.

Sevierville, Tn is beautiful! We went there on vacation to visit some friends who had recently moved and have since decided to move there. The summers are green, falls are orange and red and winters are a brilliant white. And the cost of living is nothing compared to Florida!It is only minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough away ...

This is an awesome & laid back place. Everyone here is nice and courteous. It is close to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge and has many nice shops with in walking distance.
There is also a state park very near the town and it is in the Great Smokey Mtns. which are beautiful!

The beauty you see just driving to the grocery store is astonishing. The mountains are a sight to behold from afar and even greater to navigate. Sevierville itself is full of generous, patient & kind people. The traffic is not bad, except this spring they have some construction in town that may slow you down during rush hour. This is the armpit of the south. The traffic is insane, the shops are hole in the wall traps and Dolly's face is everywhere. If you are going to enjoy natural beauty then you are out of luck. You can barely see the mountains over the 4 story go-cart tracks, neon lights and ceramic chickens. If you enjoy $19 roach-infested rooms and hanging ...

Lots of outlet centers on one hand, nature (Great Smoky Mountain National Park)! Plenty of rental cabins or motels, too! Also lots of shows (we don't really go to them, but lots of folks do). We have been many times, so for first-timers, I recommend that they stop at a visitor center and get some information.
