We loved it. Nice and quiet place far away from society no people! All we heard were birds...that's about it. The only bad thing was the hot tub was really cold...we didn't care that much in the end cuz we had better things to do..The toilet in main bedroom was clogged they came and fixed it right away! Even though we never met them they seem okay to us.

We went into this not knowing what to expect. This was our wedding weekend along with our first time in Gatlinburg. The hotel staff was great and very accomodating. The views are great and the location is perfect. You are in downtown Gatlinburg but very close to the nature drives and hikes. I would definitely stay here again, probably in the near future! (if you are getting married, we recommend building 3, floor 6!)
