Just close enough to Myrtle but just far enough away to enjoy a quieter vacation. Great restaurants, lots to do and the beach is not nearly as crowded as Myrtle.

I loved living in Surfside Beach, Sc. It was a friendly little town on the outskirts of Myrtle Beach. I lived two miles from the beach, & I just loved that little section of South Carolina.

We always would go to Surfside every summer as a family trip. And when I say family trip, I mean the whole family including the cousins. One thing I want to know however is why Yahoo doesn't list the beachfront condos on its travel thing for here. The condos are absolutly beautiful and well kept too.
