We used to stay in Myrtle Beach every year but after my parents got a little chiuaua/terrier mix dog we go to North Myrtle Beach. It's very pet friendly. North Myrtle Beach is beautiful and there is always a lot to do. We drive up from Maryland, about 8 hours. The biggest problem of the whole vacation is having to travel through Virginia. Once ...
My wife and i visited Myrtle Beach in March and April this year and really loved it,not too crowded but i think that was due to the time that we went, great for a family location to unwind with plenty of golf courses if you like that sort of stuff, weather was not too bad and very pleasant, lots of restaurants to choose from and for anyone going got ...

My family and I have been going to MB for the last 5 summers. This year I brought my boyfriend along and we got engaged on the ferris wheel at Family Kingdom Oceanfront Amusement Park!! MB is not only a great place for your family but a great place for couples also.
NMB police write tickets and more tickets and more tickets and more tickets. They must be on commission! Don't J-walk. Use your blinker. Make sure you say "I love big brother" and ante up.

Alligator Adventure
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/18/06
Great place to take the family. Interesting for kids and adults alike. The show and alligator feedings were great. Reptile displays were interesting to all of us. Not too crowded and we could move along at our own pace. These great folks didn't ask for some limited coupon--they gave us an "active military" discount.
My husband and I visited N. Myrtle Beach the first week of June. It was not very crowded because most kids weren't out of school yet. It was also a great week to go because it was not too hot (low to mid 80's) and there was no threat of tropical storms (yet). I would highly suggest a rental from Elliott Realty. We stayed near Sea Mountain ...

Truly a magnificent location for a relaxing vacation
A great location for a family vacation. Beaches are extremely clean, wide, and family-friendly safe!!!! Weather is usually great for beach-time anytime between mid-May and early October!
NMB has events / restaurants / tours / etc. for everyone in the family to enjoy. For all ages ... and all likes/dislikes!!!!
Family oriented, great value, a little noisy at times but overall a great time was had by all, can't wait to go back. Lots of night life events, Ripleys aquarium was cool as was Hard rock cafe. Want a great vacation for the whole family, check out North Myrtle beach SC.

We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since 1970 (our honeymoon) and now stay in North Myrtle Beach. It's not as crowded, has all the amenities and the beach is great! Every year our itenerary includes stops at Barefoot Landing, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Berry's Seafood for fresh shrimp and scallops, and of course we have to ...
