Terrific ExperienceWe have been on four Kiawah Island vacations...all in July...what a place. The water temperature during that time period is about 90 degrees...one can walk for miles in either direction over spotless beaches. Perhaps one of the things we most liked about Kiawah is its lack of commercialism...it's simply a totally relaxing place to be.

Kiawah Rocks!!!Kiawah Island is our "go to" place from now on. My wife and I went for a long weekend for our anniversary. Absolutely fell in love with Kiawah upon our arrival. Getting to Charleston is very easy to see Historic Charleston ( A must!) and the Island just makes you feel like you are from another part of the world. Honeymoon RevisitedMy then fiance, now husband of 27 years found Kiawah Island for our honeymoon trip. We flew down from Phila , our first time in South Carolina. Two very in love,young kids. Oh I was so excited, but then, as we drove along from Charleston to Kiawah I started to get nervous. Kiawah is a barrier island. Kiawah IS the BEST!!!This place is the most beautiful place I've ever been!!! The beaches are beautiful and the resturaunts are great. If you don't know where Kiawah is, it's in one of the most beautiful places. South Carolina. Kiawah is so safe because not many people know about it.
