I grew up here and leaving to attend College of Charleston. It's a great city with events such as Artisphere, the Greek Festival, and Fall for Greenville. If you plan on moving here you need a car.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/24/08
Greenville is a wonderful place to live but living here You do need a car.because the public transportation is limited and our bus systems only goes so far and if you miss one bus you have to wait a long time for another one so if you plan on coming here or moving here you need your own transportation.

Greenville's downtown is fantastic!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/07
I've been to Greenville several times now, as my in-laws are done there (they are Northerners like me).
I have continually been impressed with Greenville's downtown and "West End" neighbhorhood. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and stuff to do, whether you're with your family or on a date.
If I wasn't a Northeast kind of guy, I'd move down there to G'ville.

Streets and roads are in bad shape, despite millions of dollars in ...

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/21/06
My husband and I lived in Greenville from 1994 to 1998 and then moved to Florida. We regret ever leaving Greenville and have been back several times a year with our latest trip this past weekend.
Greenville has the most beautiful downtown area I've ever seen and the choice of restaurants and shopping throughout the area is fantastic. ...

I grew up in this town and wanted nothing more than to escape it. I moved to Charleston, but it was too Hot and expensive. I moved to ATL and it just plain sucks, traffic and the people here stink. I cannot wait to move back to Greenville. It is growing and changing everytime I visit some thing new has popped up. There is so much to do in ...
