I canceled my plans due to illness well within the required time desk clerk agreed when i called told me i would not be charged they charged my card saying i did not call i have phone records showing i called them the manager said the law allowed to charge me and they did $135 I am upset about the way they do business taking advantage of people that play by the rules.
