lancaster was great, the food excellent. our stay at super8 was not. dirty sheets dirty wash clothes left in shower, room was'nt vaccumed. allergies kicked in and i got sick from the room. i cant wait to come back to lancaster but would never stay at super 8 again if the room was free.

My husband and I visited Lancaster area for our anniversary recently, and it was wonderful. I grew up on a farm but to see them work like they do you have to appreciate "farming & country" life.

I went to Lancaster with friends from church & I LOVED IT. For the 1st time in my life I saw what the Amish people looked like. lol, funny but awesome. I was surprised to see the things they do. Lancaster is very "COUNTRY" & if you like this type of atmosphere then you need to visit this place. It's GREAT!! Especially the homemade butter & milk. WINK!! lol it was great.

I like taking a drive to Lancaster Pa, it's nearly 2 hours away by car, nice ride, easily accessible...very family friendly place to stay...I stayed at the Best western Eden Resort, great location, nice swimming pool, room with fireplace highly recommended...everything is nearby, downtown lancaster, similar to the nicer areas of downtown ...
