The town of Jim Thorpe is a small town, but very quite. All of the shops are very small and the atmosphere is very friendly. The houses are very beautiful. And the town is rich with beauty from the mounts surrounding it. I would recomend visiting this small town and just sit back and relaxe and just have fun.

The food was not bad but it was not worth the price. After we ate a young man named Darrin something tried to get his hands all over me and he mentioned he was one of the owners. God bless the other owners for dealing with slime like him, and he was married he had a ring on his finger.

We didnt like ANYTHING about this group. Dont go with them. The last thing in their mind is "your safety". Most of the people in their group have attitute and they dont respect beginners. If charge less than other groups in Jim Thorpe area but dont let $5 saving per person lure you. They do not help beginners and threatens to leave them if they dont paddle with the group.

Jim Thorpe is a wonderful place to visit. It's truely a town for all seasons as you can always find something to do there. We visited the town in March 2005 and had a wonderful time.
