Minot is a great little town (35,000) to visit when in the North Dakota area. The highlight of the summer is the North Dakota State Fair which occurs in the last weeks of July. minot is a nice place to live and vacation. you don't have to worry about getting shot when you go outside. it is a very good place to raise kids.
