there wasnt anyhing i didnt like about this place i lovd eveything its the most beautiful and peaceful place iv been and yes i plan on coming back .when i was there i felt like i was in heaven and definitly close to god. i fell inlove with spruce pines nc ,and the people i met were very nice and treated me good that means alot thank you .from your friend laura
There were several things I liked about Spruce Pines. It is a wonderful little town. There are several places to eat like the Wester Sizzler. There are also several other local eateries taht I plan on checking out next time. We stayed at the Pine Valley Inn which was clean and affordible. Hidden Gem

Spruce Pine is a lovely mountain town. Scratch beneath the surface and you will find that it is a hidden gem.
Nearby is Mt. Mitchell State Park, Penland School or Arts and Crafts, and Lineville Falls.
You can pick your own apples right off the trees in an orchard off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
