Nags Head, NC, has been a family vacation spot for my wife's family for over 25 years. Every summer her parents, her siblings, their families and our family head to the beach.

It's great family fun. We eat, drink and spend our days on the beach. I love to take pictures and the kids love to swim. The bigger kids love the waves in the ocean, while the smaller ones like the shallow sound side beaches.

This is another great place to stay if you like the beaches. I went there last year and stayed at the hawks nest which was a HUGE house on the ocean front.
