Love the quaint town feeling!!Franklin is located within driving time to the Smokies, river rafting, gambling casino, and real gem mining. I found the city having a "Mayberry" quiantness but with enough attractions to harbor a medium tourism business. Native to the areaI live in Franklin,it's got alot of pretty places to see without haveing to drive very far out of the way.The town used to be fairly quiet with very moderate traffic,but with the increase of tourism things are really starting to grow,we have several new resteraunts,motels,and of course rising prices.Not really overkill yet but still on the ...You did not find this review helpful.4 of 5 Yahoo!
