Old dingy town, especially if you are coming in from the North, from Cherokee, on 19, dining was very limited, town is over rated, lots of pretty scenery,people were friendly though, stayed a week in July 2008, will not stay IN Bryson City again. Get your room in Cherokee or Gatlinburg.

It's Beautiful. It's affordable. Great place to get away. Everyone was so friendly. Great place if you want an adventure. I reccomend it for everyone. Couples or families.
