This cool little town has a lot to offer...we took a RAKU pottery class at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts Clay studio (what a gem) and had a blast!

This is a wonderful town with friendly peolpe. Only a short drive to Ashville. We loved the local shopping and resturants. We have stayed at the Madison's Black Mountain B&B several times. The food and hospitality is great. We love the owners.

so many places to go, so many things to do and a great downtown with very friendly locals!! it's a must for great views and lots of adventerous hiking spots. located just 15 minutes out side of hip asheville and biltmore. also the local home of billy grahm in montreat.
