There's a restraunt named "Mexico Taco." We stopped in there expecting a disaster, just by reading the name... BUT... THEY HAVE THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD!!!!! Their tacos are great!!! Their salsa wasn't the best, so we got cheese dip instead. But everything else, including the service was great! We plan on going back to Apex, just to go back to t he restraunt!
