ABSOLUTE BEAUTY....SARATOGA RACE COURSE IS THE MOST NATURAL AND BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN THE USA........I have been to all the major tracks...this is the nicest...do visit this mecca

Most of the shopping is on Broadway or east of it in malls next to Northway. There are NO department stores west of Broadway. Clean city and safe. Downtown traffic & parking during the summer can be frustrating. School district has strict requirements for honors and accelerated courses-- they limit access to them, rather than encourage students to try more rigorous course levels.

Quaint and historical, Saratoga Springs is an affluent suburb of the state capitol, Albany. The fancy dress sections of the horse racing track, and the annual Victorian Stroll are typical of this town's need to affirm it's snootiness.
