    Saranac Lake was named an All-American City in 1998 as they proudly tell you as you enter the town on one of the three highways that lead there. Saranac Lake is in the heart of the Adirondacks and part of the tri-Lakes that also includes Tupper Lake and Lake Placid. For a very small town there is plenty to do.
