Binghamton has a ton of hidden gems in the downtown area! People think the campus food is terrible but travel 5 minutes off campus and you find places like Cortese Restaurant and Thai Basil. I found them on GetMunch.com and loved the food. Anyone venturing in that area must dine there!

The best food in the area is the "spiedie". The best type to get is SALAMIDA'S STATE FAIR SPIEDIE SAUSE. Only get this one, I tryed some other type and it was grose! if you want to order it try www.spiedie.com, and its made right in JC!!! a must have!

It has lots of things to do for the young adults, like clubs, a variety of great restaurants, and many local events such as the spiedie fest, and balloon rally.

I unfortunately choose to attend college here. There is not much to do here, unless you are an alcoholic. Or a big outdoor buff because the nature trails and parks out here are beautiful and fun, but not something you would want to do everyday. The only big thing this town has going for it is the 24 hour Wal-Mart.
