    It was a cold winters night at the Heat Wave Cafe in Bay Head on Friday, February 10th. My husband and I went to celebrate my 40th birthday and were in the mood for a great meal. Mind you, The Heat Wave Cafe is advertised as "fine dining".....and we found it to be anything but! You can find better steak knives at Sizzler. The food was ...
