  • Disappointed
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/02/09
I left the hotel to go to an awards banquet and when I returned around 10:30pm there was no place for me to park. When I went to the front desk and talked to the clerk I was told in the back by the dumpster there might be a few places to park. When I explained that I did not see any there and also that I didn't feel safe walking alone from ...

  • Unless you grew up here....
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/08
Unless you grew up here, there is nothing to be particularly fond of. Sure there's a street with local restaurants, but other than that it's strip malls of generic stuff you can find anywhere in every other state. Nothing special.

  • Nashua is fantastic!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/29/06
Compared to Massachusetts, Nashua, NH is a diamond in the rough. More and more younger families are moving there, and with good reason: huge parks, a minor league baseball team, a thriving downtown (in Aug 2006 there were 9 restuarants in downtown with outdoor seating available - all packed). You get good, level land and well-built houses for a ...

  • Nashua is great!
    By JaclynL, 05/07/06
Nashua is a great place to visit or to live. I just moved here a few months ago and love it. Downtown is fun with lots of restaurants and shops. You should also catch a Nashua Pride baseball game. As far as food goes, my favorite restaurant is La Cucina Toscana Ristorante Italiano. It's on 101A across from Building 19 which will soon become a WalMart (unfortunately). The food is absolutely amazing!!

  • Visited & loved so bought a house!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/13/05
This place is just like some of the south moved up here. 10 minutes away from MA, where everyone treats you like you are no one special, the people of Nashua are just like homefolk. They open doors for you and everything! It is refreshing.

  • Street Signs
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/21/05
A lot of streets do not have enought street signs to show what street you are on. I will be moving to Nashua, NH in April 2005, and I know a little about Daniel Webster Highway, Pheasant Lane Mall, and some other retail stores, but I seen that is is difficult to navigate the streets once you are on another street and no other street signs stating that you are on the street that you want.
