I love the Lakes Region!This is a beautiful area! From the mountains to the lakes, there is always something scenic to take your breath away! We stayed in Meredith actually, but travelled to a bunch of local towns and found everyone very helpful and pleasant. Loved ItGot into town with no reservations. Stopped at the Laconia Chamber Of Commerce. What a delightful crew. Very helpful. Got us lodging, a great place for lunch. By the time we got out of there, we had a bag of brochures. Stayed in Weirs Beach, Lodging was way above average and the owners were a hoot and so very helpful.
