Great small townOgallal is a real nice small town. The people were very friendly. Ogallala has plenty of places to stay and eat. Lake McConaughy is really something to see. You can drive right over the dam and look out over the lake. There are plenty of places to swim and camp around the lake. yes we will be backwhat a special town and the people there are so friendly we were there on business of 2 months and enjoyed all the resturants and the stores we were so found it fun that all the clothing stores has all red sweatshirts with nebaska cornhusskers football team everywhere.this is a must town to visit!!You did not find this review helpful.1 of 2 Yahoo! Comfort Inn at OgallalaWe recently stayed at this Comfort Inn and we were a bit shocked at how unfriendly the staff was. The front desk personel were unfriendly, but they were nothing compared to Linda The Head Housekeeper. At the complimentary breakfast, Linda The Head Housekeeper made sure everybody understood how put out she was.
