Hernando is a nostalgic town;especially the Town Square. For a small town there is always something going on. Since Hurricane Katrina and other factors, people are flocking to Hernando. I believe this town ,in many ways, has maintained a sense of Great Southern Hospitality. From my experiences of living around the U.S., due to military life, Hernando is where my family has recently chosen to reside.
