Saugatuck. MI is an adorable little beach town. Not sure where exactly I wanted to be, I took a hotel room in Holland, MI and drove down to Saugatuck for the day. While Holland State park is nice and downtown Holland is cute, Saugatuck is definitely where I would want to stay on my next visit. The boardwalk is nice and the shops are quaint..and Oval beach is gorgeous.

Saugatuck is a charming Lake Michigan tourist town. It runs only during tourist season. It has some great beaches, B&Bs, eating and shopping joints. Fun place to unwind & have fun in the sun. Most B&Bs are quite expensive in peak season, however Saugatauck is worth the "high" price. Happy Holiday!
