Whats going on with this place you had bad food than realy good food now realy realy realy bad 1992 food what happend to the last chefs the two of them where cool now your back to an old one. Not going back, learn to keep the good not bring back the bad.

Went to Mandrake this past Saturday night, and it was AWESOME. The atmosphere is very hip, the service is top notch, ( Laura is so cute!) and the food is out of this world. I got the lamb osso buco. It was, by far, the best meal I've had in years. My wife got the salmon special. She loved it. The Mandrake is a hidden gem for now, but it won't be for long. The Best place in town.

We have a fabulous meal. Our calamari appetizer was served with a wonderful sauce that had a hint of soy. Out drinks were great. I had a blueberry martini. We loved the atmosphere.

The Mandrake is much better now than when it opened last year. The poorly cooked, wildly over-priced French style food is gone. The new chef is the original "Goat Hill Grille" chef. If you like the Goat of old, you will enjoy Mandrake now.

Absolute joke! Being in the business i was embarrassed for the staff. Whoever Manages/Owns this place should consider a career in selling gaudy interior decor. The service was a joke the food was cold and tasteless. The prices were what you would expect to pay at fine dinning restaurants in Boston. Unfortunatly there was nothing fine about this place though.
